A browser-based toolkit for keyboard checks, display inspection, dead-pixel checks and touch-screen diagnostics.
Serial numbers do not have a universal public lookup. Entering a model helps a technician confirm the exact keyboard layout; this demo does not query manufacturer databases.
Keyboard tester
Press keys on the physical keyboard. Matching keys light up below; use the on-screen keys for visual reference.

If a key does not light up, test it in another app and check whether the browser captured the event. Function keys, media keys and some firmware shortcuts may not be reported by the browser. Compare the physical layout with the manufacturer's model-specific service documentation.
Dead pixel test
Show solid colors across the whole display and inspect for stuck, dead or discolored pixels.
Manual visual inspection
Choose a color above, then inspect the screen carefully.
Tip: clean the screen first. Inspect at normal viewing distance and close up. A browser test cannot automatically confirm a dead pixel.
Screen & display test
Use these patterns to spot uneven brightness, banding, color issues and visible display artifacts.
Display diagnostics
Select a pattern to begin.
For accurate results, disable night light / True Tone and temporarily set brightness to a comfortable high level.
Touch-screen test
Tap, drag and draw across the panel. Each contact point is shown so you can check coverage and tracking.

On touch-capable devices, use your finger or stylus. A mouse click also creates a marker for demonstration, but it does not prove the touch digitizer works. Multi-touch display depends on the device and browser.
Performance benchmark
Run short browser-based CPU, memory and graphics tests to compare device performance under similar conditions.
Browser benchmark · beta
For fair comparisons, plug in the charger, close heavy apps, use the same browser, and run the test more than once. Scores depend on browser, power mode, temperature and background activity.

No benchmark has been run yet.
This is an indicative browser benchmark, not a calibrated hardware rating. It does not directly measure GPU compute, SSD throughput, battery health, thermal stability or manufacturer-specific performance. Do not compare scores across different browsers or test conditions as if they were lab measurements.
Fan diagnostic & stress test
Run a controlled browser workload while observing cooling behavior. Direct fan RPM requires supported local hardware telemetry.
Thermal / cooling check
Safety: run only while the laptop is on a hard, ventilated surface. Stop immediately if the device becomes unusually hot, makes grinding noises, shuts down, or reports a thermal warning. This browser workload is not a substitute for a manufacturer diagnostic.

Fan telemetry
Choose a status based on a real observation or a supported hardware monitoring tool. The stress test itself cannot prove that a fan is working.
No physical fan observation recorded. RPM and temperature are not available through this browser-only page.
This stress test creates CPU work in the current browser tab only. Browser throttling, battery/power settings and operating-system cooling controls affect results. Do not leave it unattended, and stop if temperatures or noise become concerning. For actual RPM and temperature, use BIOS diagnostics or a trusted local hardware monitor.
